Paul Hadden Managing Director Paul has over 32 years’ experience in the asbestos industry, starting as a site engineer in the insulation industry progressing to supervisor in Asbestos removal. After retraining he entered the analytical and surveying side of the industry and became project manager. He has worked for some of the largest organisations in the industry and has overseen multiple large and complex projects including the Bank of England and Netherne Hospital (a £1m plus asbestos removal project). He then became a Director of a large asbestos consultancy until its sale. In 2010 Paul became one of the founding members of Pier Contractors, and with his knowledge and experience he is able to oversee the management of the company as the Managing Director. Darren Ricketts Contracts Director Darren has worked in the construction industry since 1988, initially as a site supervisor then as a project manager before moving into specialist contracting and becoming the senior contracts manager of one of the country’s leading asbestos abatement contractors delivering major projects within the Albert Hall, London stock exchange and Royal Household. Darren is a founding member of Pier Contractors, and through his knowledge and experience he has the day to day responsibility for leading a highly skilled management/supervisory team delivering projects safely, on time, on budget, to the highest quality. |

Contracts Director Alfonso has been in the industry since 1983 working in all sectors of the industry, prior to joining the Organisation he worked for two of the largest companies quickly progressing to a Director level in his last role, before joining Pier Contractors Limited. He has directed numerous high profile and complex projects including the Bank of England Printing Works, Nat West Tower, Royal Households and Royal Albert Hall. His strong technical knowledge combined with the ability to direct skills and resources, ensures he plays a pivotal role in the operation of the business, actively engaging in consultation with our clients to deliver consistency and quality.
